Some Aha! Moments hit you like a two-by-four.

They arrive uninvited, stop you cold, and insist you see something you've been walking past for years.

Others arrive as a gentle nudge. Something you already knew, tucked away somewhere, resurfacing to usher you toward a more aligned direction.

And then there are the ones you recognized in the moment, nodded at, said "Ya, I get that," and carried right on. No change. (Well, not yet).

Was the regret that followed worse than the disruption would have been? For me, sometimes yes.

Someone may have told me to invest in gold and silver before the 2008 recession. Maybe they did. I was caught up in my own world, hearing what I wanted to hear. I got the message loud and clear in 2021. Something had shifted in me by then. I was finally ready to receive it.

Then there's Paul. An incredible soul, a subscriber, a professional musician. He recently shared that he suffered a health incident months ago that compromised his ability to create and perform. Moments after reading an Aha! Moment, something clicked. He sat down and created one of the most robust, meaningful pieces of music I have ever heard. He named it "The Aha Moment JAE MM." I cried.
